I would strictly avoid Alloy Midtown Phoenix at all costs. These apartments are aggressively marketed and leased at luxury rates, but the management and day-to-day operations fall far short of that standard. I moved in at the beginning of June 2026, right around the time a new management team took over. My experience with this new management has been a constant exercise in frustration, neglect, and zero accountability. 1. Parking and Charging Nightmare Before signing my lease, I was promised a reserved parking space with an EV charger.
We had a miscommunication and came this this beautiful property by looking for a short term rental that was no longer available. However, The customer service we received from the staff at a Sentral Alloy Midtown was so kind and accommodating, especially Terry. I was shown the property amenities and given information about the property. Great place to live. Thank you Terry and Sentral Alloy Midtown
I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but the trash situation at Alloy Midtown has gotten completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. I’ve lived here since before the recent property management change, and I want to point out that I NEVER experienced anything like this under the previous management. We recently got new property management, and unfortunately, since that change, the way the property is being maintained has noticeably gone downhill. This trash situation is something I have never experienced living here before or anywhere.
